Cami Edwards’ Laguna Beach Dream Spots

It’s been 12 years since we’ve seen TV personality, Cami Edwards living out her high school career on the small screen... but being away from the cameras doesn’t mean she’s any less busy. Since her Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County days, Edwards has added full-time mother and business owner to her long list of accomplishments.

Today, the mother of a soon-to-be 4-year-old spends her days preparing to open a Pilates studio (called Sweat Equity Pilates), making her own kombucha, and binging on The Derry Girls on Netflix in a facemask. Even though she now splits her time between Orange County and Los Angeles, Edwards still knows how to spend a dream day in Laguna.

“Laguna is where I grew up,” Edwards says passionately. “No matter how much it changes or how many friends or family move, it will always hold a special place. It’s such a unique city, I can’t think of any place that is comparable.”

When she’s here, you can find her at some of Laguna’s best restaurants, latest hot spots, or even at her secret beach, which, is not so secret anymore if you keep scrolling...

BEST PLACES TO SHOP

“It’s always nice to come home, but I swear it gets busier and busier every time I visit! I like to stock up at Laguna Supply and The Shop when I’m in town.”

BEST PLACES TO EAT

Javier’s is my tried and true restaurant. If you’re looking for me in Orange County, you can find me there! San Shi Go is also a fave… was my go-to spot in middle school and high school and even now as an adult!”

BEST VIEW

“No matter how many new restaurants pop up, I’ll always love The Rooftop for the views in Laguna -- it’s where I’ll be for happy hour.”

BEST HOTEL

Hotel Joaquin is the cutest new hotel for a drink or to hang by the pool!”

BEST PLACES TO HAVE FUN

“I’m usually working when I am in Laguna but when I’m not I try to spend my time with friends or at the beach -- the beaches in LA suck! Victoria Beach is my favorite secret beach (don’t tell anyone!) or Thousand Steps Beach.”
