Jennifer Halbert is More Than a Realtor… She’s a Friend

There are realtors who will tell you anything you want to hear. Their main goal is to make a sale, get that commission, and “Thank you, next!” right to their next client.

And in this seller’s market, they can get away with just that.

But when you’re doing something so monumental as buying or selling a house, you don’t want a realtor who is looking at you as just another number in their bank account… you want one who truly listens, understands what your needs are, and cares about the community.

You want one who becomes a friend.

That’s where Jennifer Halbert comes in.

Raised in Florida, she spent years studying and working in marketing and advertising before heading west to California to dabble in acting. However, being surrounded by all of SoCal’s beauty and endless opportunities, it ended up being real estate that stole her West Coast heart. She fell in love with Orange County and soon moved to Laguna Beach to be a part of the welcoming, artistic vibe.

Today Jennifer is a staple in Laguna, regularly putting her well-honed marketing skills to good use.

Not only is she doing the typical realtor dance of hosting open houses, she’s also taking part in community events, hosting giveaways, and volunteering at countless local organizations including PUP Laguna Beach, Boys and Girls Club of Laguna Beach, Chabad of Laguna Beach, and El Morro Elementary School, as well as the Charitable Foundation through Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Pet Welfare Project, and the Ability Awareness Project.

And, because we’re fairly certain she never sleeps, she also founded the non-profit magazine, We Love Laguna Beach, that not only benefits those who are looking to buy or sell a home, but also community members who are looking for networking, knowledge, and fun... which Jennifer exudes in palm tree-sized amounts.

With We Love Laguna Beach, Jennifer Halbert has parlayed her fun-loving spirit into partnerships with multiple brands in town, and has featured some of Laguna’s most loved businesses.

(Celebrated local artist Wyland was on the cover of the inaugural issue, and his famous ocean-front gallery was the location of the launch party.)

What Jennifer loves about real estate is the ability to collaborate, be creative, and market her own business. Her knack is building relationships and truly navigating what her clients’ needs are.

Jennifer is someone you can trust, and if trust is something earned, then just pop over to her booth at the next community event… because we guarantee, she will be there with a huge smile on her face.

And she’ll probably give you a hat.
