Holiday Cocktail Recipes Made with California Alcohol
If a kiss and a festive cocktail sounds like a perfect start to 2023, we’ve got some holiday recipes for you.
Before you start Dry January we’ve teamed up with a few of our favorite California alcohol brands to share a variety of fun sips to cheer in the new year.
The Cornucopia
FEATURING GRAY WHALE GIN & JOSH PROSECCO
1.5oz Gray Whale Gin
1 oz Pear Juice
.5oz Simple Syrup
.5oz Fresh Lemon Juice
3 oz Josh Prosecco
4 Green Grapes
Rosemary Sprig for garnish
Set aside 2 green grapes for garnish and combine remaining ingredients, except for Prosecco. Lightly muddle grapes. Shake vigorously. Double strain into a Champagne flute and top with Prosecco. Garnish with rosemary sprig skewered grapes.

2 oz Gray Whale Gin
1 oz Lemon juice
1 oz Maple syrup
1 Egg white
2 oz Black Cherry Cream Soda
Dry shake, then add ice and wet shake. Add soda and stir in the shaker. Double strain over pebbled or crushed ice into a Collins glass. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
Black Espresso Martini
Featuring humboldt organic vodka
1 oz Humboldt Organic Vodka
1.5 oz Mr.Black
1 oz Espresso
Combine in a shaker with ice and strain into a coupette.
Dirty Bloody Mary
Featuring Humboldt Organic Vodka
2 oz Humboldt Organic Vodka
5 oz Diane's Dirty Bloody Mary Blend
Lemon wedge
Salt
Tajin
Garnish: Crab claw, lemon, olives, celery or peperoncini
Rim a pint glass with salt and Tajin. Run a lemon wedge around the rim of the glass. Pour salt and Tajin onto a saucer, and invert the glass into the salt. The lemon juice will make the salt stick to the glass. Add Humboldt Organic Vodka and Add 5 oz Dirty Diane’s Bloody Mary Blend to the already rimmed glass. Top with ice. Gently mix. Garnish with a fresh lemon, pimento stuffed olives, a celery stalk, pepperoncinis, or Humboldt's favorite: a crab claw.
The Pom Pom Spritz
featuring Josh Cellars
2 oz Redemption Bourbon
.75 oz grenadine
.75 oz lime juice
3 dashes Angostura bitters
Josh Prosecco
Shake ingredients together, except Prosecco. Pour into flute and top with Prosecco. Garnish with fresh mint and pomegranate seeds.
